converting power point image to TIFF format with 300dpi -user defined dpi resolution procedure
usually default image resolution in TIFF format comes with 92dpi in office 2010 and windows7

Procedure to convert from power point image format to 300dpi
TIFF format.
- Open “run” editor by typing run in the window7 start menu.
- Type “regedit” in the run editor
- Registry editor will get opened
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER →software→ Microsoft→office→14.0→powerpoint→options.
- In this folder (options) right click mouse to open “new”→ then select “DWORD (32-bit) value.
- Create file name as “ExportBitmapResolution” (it is case sensitive and type exactly same).
- Open this file as Modify in decimal form into 300dpi and then press “OK”.
- Now the files get default mode of 300dpi in TIFF format. Restart the windows operating system.
- Try to take screenshot of original image and then select the exact (100% image) size again into power point slide.
- Now resize the image into 3.33”x3.33” size before saving into TIFF format.
- Now try to save as TIFF format. Then you get the 300dpi quality image of TIFF format.
Usually Microsoft office saves files in TIFF
format with 92dpi resolution quality image. Try to follow the above procedure
to convert into custom defined resolution.
